Sorry, but our portable stands we use cannot support the extra weight of e-bikes, as well many bikes in this category use proprietary parts and tools that we do not carry. 

If you are looking for e-bike service we suggest taking it to the retailer where you purchased it, they will best equiped.

Tune-Up Packages*

Kids Bike or Single Speed Tune-Up

$60

  • Basic wipe down and cleaning of bike
  • Brakes are adjusted and tuned
  • Drivetrain is lubed
  • Wheels are trued on bike
  • Tires are inflated
  • Bike is safety checked & test ridden 
  • Installation of any parts extra

Beachcomber Basic - when it needs a bit of love

$90

  • Basic wipe down and cleaning of bike
  • Shifters, derailleurs, limit screws, cable tension and brakes are adjusted and tuned
  • Drivetrain is lubed
  • Wheels are trued on bike
  • Tires are inflated
  • Bike is safety checked & test ridden 
  • Installation of any parts extra

Big Wave Detailed - when it needs a lot of love

$130

  • Complete wipe down and cleaning of the bike
  • Clean drive train on bike (sprocket, front/rear derailleurs, crank)
  • Truing of both wheels (as needed)
  • Components are inspected for wear/tear/
  • All Bolts/nuts are tightened securely
  • Brakes and gears are adjusted 
  • Bearing components are adjusted properly
  • Replace brake or gear cable if needed* (no extra labour cost)
  • Drive train components are lubed
  • Both tires inflated to the correct PSI
  • Bike safety checked & test ridden

The Full Boat- when you really love your bike

  • This service is done offsite in-house - price includes pick up and drop off of customer bicycle
  • Complete disassembly and cleaning of bicycle drive train (crank, chainrings, chain and derailleurs)
  • Replacement of cables and housings - (cable and housing included)*
  • Wheel truing on truing stand
  • Full cleaning of bicycle and parts, polishing of frame and fork
  • Full adjustment of brakes and shifting
  • All nuts/bolts torqued to correct specs
  • Bike safety checked & Test ridden

Ala Carte Services*

*Prices as shown if included with scheduled home service appointment +$20 home visit fee added if not

Home Visit Charge

This fee is waived if tune-up is scheduled

Flat Tire Repair

Replacement of tire tube - includes basic tire tube

*Cargo, fat bike and tandem bikes may incur extra costs

Replacement of wire brake or gear cable, includes housing (black) and cable finishing ends

Accessory Install

Have a new accessory you need installed? Racks, Bells, Baskets, Kickstands, grips, pedals, bar tape etc.

Other Labour - Hourly Charge

General Labour charge for items not covered above. 

Labour is charged by the 1/4 hour - minimum $20
